Defence Documents

Syntillica's experienced and independent economics consultants can help with preparation of Defence Documents.  These are similar to Investor Memoranda which are used to raise interest from investors except that Defence Documents reduce it.  A Defence Document is used when an unacceptable takeover bid is launched for an organisation.  

Similar in scope a Competent Person Report; a Defence Document is an economic assessment of resources used to show that a takeover bid should not be accepted.  It is written for the benefit of those already invested in the organisation and requires technical understanding of the PRMS (Petroleum Resource Management System) framework.
